	Elastec is a manufacturer in USA supplying Non-Permeable Silt curtain, Baffle float and net…etc. They have a more advance concept on Silt curtain then others, i.e. Silt curtain should be non-permeable when others stick on using permeable curtain. But the fact is that permeable curtain becomes non-permeable after it clog up by the silt! Under such circumstances, the floatation, cables and other accessories may not be strong enough to take the extra load as they were designed for a “Permeable Curtain”.
